2015 Comes to a Close

As 2015 comes to a close I'm sure everyone is beginning to reflect upon the year they have had, as I am. For me the decision this year to go back full gusto into Real Estate was a big one but one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am happy; it's what I love and a career that began for me almost 24 years ago. Wow! As I see how Real Estate has changed over those years, and state to state, it's amazing for me to look back on. From swearing I would never do Property Management again (and I promise you, I won't lol) to rolling with the punches as lending laws change and staying focused on what is best for my client. I think in this age of technology I may be one of the few agents that still go to the escrow office to sort out a problem and find a solution in person. I've been known to refuse to leave till the deal is closed. Its part of what makes me - ME!

2015 has taught me a lot. It's taught me to find balance between the career I love and the family I love even more. That taking care of myself allows me to take care of my family and my clients even better. To have more fun - we all need fun! By doing these things I will always be able to give the best of myself to everyone.

Looking into what 2016 will bring I am truly excited. I am looking forward to helping more clients achieve their goals for homeownership in the Las Vegas Valley and abroad. Whether it is buying a home for the first time, downsizing their home, buying their first home in the United States, upgrading their home or expanding that investment portfolio, one thing is for sure, I am going to make it FUN for everyone! I can't wait!

May your 2016 be filled with love, laughter, happiness, prosperity and fun!
